How to Expand & Liberate Your Mind Beyond Vishnu, Brahma, and Mahesh

To transcend the cycle of creation (Brahma), preservation (Vishnu), and destruction (Shiva), you must shift your awareness toward Brahman – the formless, all-pervading consciousness. This is done through Jnana (knowledge), Dhyana (meditation), and Mantra (sound vibration).

🔹 Step 1: Jnana – The Realization of Brahman

Key Understanding:

You are not just the body or mind – you are pure consciousness.

The universe, gods, and deities exist within the field of Maya (illusion).

Beyond all forms is Sat-Chit-Ananda – Existence, Awareness, Bliss – this is Brahman.

📖 Upanishadic Wisdom:

"Tat Tvam Asi" (तत् त्वम् असि) – "You are That (Brahman)."

🔹 Practice:

Contemplate "Who am I?" beyond name, identity, and thoughts.

Meditate on the idea that all forms are temporary, but awareness is eternal.

🔹 Step 2: Dhyana – Meditation on Formless Reality

Goal: Dissolve attachment to forms and merge into pure awareness.

Meditation Technique: Witness Consciousness

1️⃣ Sit in Silence – Close your eyes, spine straight, relax.

3️⃣ Feel Awareness Itself – Notice the presence behind thoughts.

"That which is beyond waking, dreaming, and deep sleep – that is the Self, that is Brahman."
